Waffle Flower October Release Day + GIVEAWAY

Hello!  Today is the big day!  Waffle Flower's October Pumpkin Patch release is live and ready for shopping.  Yay!  You can shop all the new goodies HERE.  Plus, I have a GIVEAWAY to share with you, so make sure you read to the bottom of the post. 

The Sunflower Die is absolutely gorgeous!  Once you start creating with these flowers, you aren’t going to want to stop!  I took some creative liberty with the colors because I think this flower looks beautiful in any color.  

I was thinking of a friend when I created this card and had the idea of fresh bouquet of flowers wrapped in kraft packaging paper.  I created a large floral spray across my card, tucking in some additional foliage from the Autumn Icons Die.   

I arranged my bouquet on a wheat card base that I had cut with the Sweet Plaid Texture Die.   Then I added an embossed sentiment from the Sweet Lattice Sentiments Combo.

By this time I was humming "brown paper packages tied up with string", so I added a little bow and called it a day. :)

Waffle Flower Sneak Peek Day 2

Hello, friends!  I'm back for the final day of sneak peeks for Waffle Flower Craft's Pumpkin Patch release.  Today we're introducing a fabulous basic that you'll want to use all year.  The Piercing Layers Dies are sure to quickly become a crafty staple. 

As I was falling asleep one night I was thinking about my card assignments and the idea of a card of completely neutrals came to mind. This is a departure from my normal as choosing color combinations is one of my most favorite things to do, but since the thought persisted, I decided I should go for it.

I used the A2 Additional Piercing Layers Dies to frame both my sentiment as well as the beautiful flowers on my card.  I love the little detail it adds. 

I used both the the Sunflower Cluster Die and the coordinating stencil to color the flowers.  Then I added some paint flecks and white gel pen details on the flower centers.  I really think I could happily create with these stencils and dies every day. 

The sentiment is from the Sweet Lattice Sentiments Stamp Set.

Waffle Flower Pumpkin Patch Release Sneak Peeks

Good morning!  Sneak peeks for Waffle Flower Crafts' Pumpkin Patch Sneak Peek are in full swing.  This release has many products that I love, and I'm excited to share two cards with you today.  

I’m quite certain I could use the Sunflower Cluster Die & Stencil again and again and again and never cease to be amazed by its beauty.  You will be thrilled at how quickly a card comes together with just one run through with the die and some perfectly placed ink blending thanks to the clever Sunflower Cluster Stencil.  

I finished my card with the Autumn Word Die of which I am completely smitten.

My next card showcases the new Pumpkin Patch Panel Die/Stencil and the Autumn Icons Dies.

The Pumpkin Patch Panel Die looks great on its own, or you can add some color to it by using the Pumpkin Patch Coloring Stencil like I did here. I went to town adding lots of shimmery splotches after blending the color on the pumpkins and leaves.  I love the way the Pumpkin Patch Panel Die adds a lovely bit of texture and dimension to a card, and I backed my panel with a darker piece of cardstock to emphasize that.

I thought the Pumpkin Patch Panel Die paired beautifully with the Autumn Icons Dies, so I arranged a cluster of the them in the bottom corner of my card. 

I added a quick sentiment with the Hey Pumpkin Word Die, and the card was good to go!
