Stitched Valentine Heart Suckers

Hello!  Oh my it has been a long time!  Life is just busy, busy, busy.  Pretty Pink Posh had such a fun Valentine/St. Patrick's Day release this month.  It's about time I shared some of my cards on here.

I really love the new Stitched Hearts Dies.  They come in a great variety of sizes and stitched patterns.  For this card I layered several of the smaller dies on top of each other and used a stick from the Big Valentine Cupcake Dies to turn them into suckers.  I used lots of shades of corals and pinks for this including Concord & 9th's Sweet Pea, Dragon Fruit, Pink Lemonade, and Carnation as well as Papertrey Ink's Berry Sorbet and Hibiscus Burst.

I attached a little flag from the Big Valentine Cupcake Dies as well with "xoxo" from the Sentiment Strips: Valentine Stamp Set.  I pulled out the older but still fabulous Large Love Shadow Die as well and added a second sentiment from Sentiment Strips: Valentine

This card is a larger A6 size.  I'm really enjoying those lately.  I wanted to use the Eyelet Rectangles Dies to create a border, but they are sized for A2 cards, so I simply die cut two and did a little surgical piecing together. ;)

At the beginning of the month I shared another card on the Pretty Pink Posh Blog using lots of the new dies.  Here is a peek of the card.  You can read all about it HERE

Thanks so much for visiting today!  Wishing you a happy week!
