Thankful For You + Circles Stencil (= a few of my favorite things)

Happy Saturday, friends!  I have a quick and easy set of cards to share with you today.  After being able to see family and friends who I love so much, my heart has been full of gratitude and I felt the need to let them know.  I wanted to get these cards out quick, so I gathered a few supplies and came up with a simple design that was easy to mass produce.

I have fallen in love with the Pretty Pink Posh Circles Stencil.  I shared this miss you card on the Pretty Pink Blog (here) about a month ago, and I was eager to use this stencil again when I returned home.

Along with the Circles Stencil I also got out the Thankful For You Script die and All My Love dies.  I lightly blended 4 rows of circles, then I used my scissors to cut around the bottom row to create a scallop.  I trimmed the panel to 4"x5" and popped it up on my card base.

Next I layered on the smaller of the two hearts from Pretty Pink Posh's All My Love dies.  On top of that I placed the Thankful For You Script die, which I glued on a white piece of paper and trimmed out the outline.

As you can see I used a lot of the same design elements as the Miss You card I made a month ago.  Sometimes I have to remind myself that it is okay to CASE myself, and I don't have to reinvent everything every time.
It was fun to use all these bright colors, too.  I paired Party Pink (The Stamp Market) with Summer Sunrise (Papertrey), Fresh Lemon (Altenew) with Blueprint Sketch (Distress Ink), and Emerald Isle (The Stamp Market) with Hibiscus Burst (Papertrey).

Next on the agenda this weekend is to get these in the mail.  That's my favorite part of cardmaking. :) I hope you are having a lovely weekend!  I'll be back early next week with a couple more PPP cards that I'm anxious to share with you.  If you receive their newsletters, you've seen a little peek of one of them. See you soon!
