Hello, friends! I've been having fun using several of Spellbinder's January Club Kits, One of my favorites is the Stitching Die of the Month. I've rediscovered lately that I really enjoy stitching.
Stitched Ladybug obviously comes with dies to create ladybug, but I decided to go more of a generic beetle. In order to do that, I overlapped the two wing pieces and continuously stitched around in a radial pattern.
I opted not to stitch the oval frame from the Stitching Die of the Month because I think it looks fabulous both ways.
I die cut two of the sentiments included in the stamp set with balsa wood, which embossed deep and beautiful.
Finally, I added some foliage from the Large Die of the Month: Botanical Atrium.
With my focal point finished, I embossed a wheat card base with the 3D Embossing Folder of the Month, flicked on some white paint, and adhered everything on top.
These are all delightful but the final card is my favorite! That little bug is too cute!
